Hotfix

• HOAI flag in WBS lines not removed after HOAI service has marked as not ordered (#18085, PSA-4276)
• Optionsschalter "Anzahlungsbelegbezeichnung" hat keinen Einfluss auf Berichtsinhalte (#19807, PSA-4509)
  Based on the selected option for "Advance Document Title" within the "Sales & Receivables Setup" the report "HOAI Fee Overview" will show a corresponding title when printing the prior advance payment amount.
