KVSDMSSingleInstanceStorage

Summary: Manages single instance storage for DMS document storage setup, storage definitions, email source records, and report filters.

Procedures

SetStorageDefinition(Record KVSDMSStorageDefinition) :

Summary: Sets the storage definition for the current instance. This is e.g. needed, if you plan to consume the UploadFile procedure of the Document Storage Processor codeunit, which needs the storage definition to determine the correct settings. After setting the storage definition, you can call ClearStorageDefinition to clear it again, so it does not interfere with the next document creation process.

Parameters:

NewStorageDef: The new storage definition record to store.

ClearStorageDefinition() :

Summary: Clears the stored storage definition.

SetSearchDefinition(Record KVSDMSDocSearchDefinition) :

Summary: Sets the search definition for the current instance. This is e.g. needed, if searchig based on a search definition to handle the correct search mode even if the procedure itself is calling only search by tags without passing the definition. After setting the search definition, you can call ClearSearchDefinition to clear it again, so it does not interfere with the next document search process.
