Summary: Retrieves archived DMS documents matching the given filter criteria and collects them into the temporary buffers.

Parameters:

  • CustomerNo: Customer No. filter; empty to not filter.
  • ProcessNo: Process No. filter; empty to not filter.
  • ProcessPeriodNo: Process Period No. filter, used together with ProcessNo.
  • DocumentType: DMS document (sub)type filter; empty to not filter.
  • DocumentNo: Document No. filter; empty to not filter.
  • Barcode: Barcode filter; empty to not filter.
  • InfoRequestNo: Info Request No. filter; empty to not filter.
  • OnlyCounter: If true, only the document count is determined and no documents/blobs are returned.
  • UseDocuments: If true, found index entries are accumulated into the global result buffer for later retrieval.
  • LinkedDocument: Filters on whether the DMS document is a chain-printing linked document.
  • DocumentFilter: Determines whether all, only the first, or only the last matching document is returned.
  • FormalDefect: Filters out archived documents whose formal-defect state does not match; " " keeps all.
  • Counter: Returns the number of documents found (or kept after formal-defect filtering).
  • TempKVSMEDDIIMDocument: Temporary record filled with the found DMS documents.
  • TempKVSMEDDIQueryResultBlob: Temporary record filled with the document blobs (unless discarded/OnlyCounter).
  • ShowError: Reserved for callers to control error display; not modified here.

Returns: True in all normal paths; false only if DMS is not active.

Summary: Finds the posted sales shipment(s) in the billing period linked to a sales invoice line's billing schedule call.

Parameters:

  • SalesInvoiceLine: Sales invoice line whose linked billing schedule call is used to find the shipment.
  • TempSalesShipmentHeaderVar: Temporary record filled with the found shipment header(s).

Returns: True if at least one shipment was found; otherwise false.

InfoRequestHeaderReplyOK(Record KVSMEDInfoRequestHeader, Code[20]) :

Summary: Updates the copy of the given Information Request Header. The process includes setting the received reply quality, document number, and status code. If the Information Request Header or the Communication Status Template Line are not found, the procedure will exit. In case the expected reply quality is less than the copy, the received reply quality is set to copy.
