The Qty. Inspected (Base) was not updated in the Posted Whse. Receipt after releasing an Inspection Order, this error has been fixed.

Skip Lot does not take the last test qualtity decision into account (#16027, QME-309)
In contrast to the documentation, the "Skip-Lot" procedure initially calculated all inspection decisions, not just the approved ones. As a result, too few inspections were triggered. This error has now been corrected.
