Hotfix

  • Price Calculation Purchase Price Priorities Resource discount wrong (#14106, KBA-2176)
    An incorrect variable assignment has been corrected.
  • Mandatory Field check - Modification of Record in Release Process (#14143, KBA-2180)
    When releasing an order, errors could occur if the record had been modified by another application during the release process. This issue has now been resolved.
  • Cancel Return Receipt with different Unit Of Measure Codes (as Base Unit) (#14175, KBA-2187)
    The invoiced quantity was incorrectly divided by the quantity per unit of measure, which caused the entered quantity to be validated incorrectly.
  • Error Delete an Sales Quote with no vaules but one line from type subtotal (#14238, KBA-2195)
    When deleting documents, the system no longer checks whether the document structure is correct during automatic archiving (not when deleting documents during posting). Although this can lead to problems when printing archived vouchers, it allows batch jobs to be executed to delete expired quotes, for example.

  • Report selection service "Service order type" (#13320, KBA-1749)
    The functionality to print other reports for order types has also been added to the service report selections.

    An implementation for Bartender Cloud is provided for the label interface. An implementation for Bartender Cloud is provided for the label interface.
  • New Field KVSKBANoPrintedProFormaInvoice (#14005, KBA-2052)
    A new field has been created in the sales header to document that a pro forma invoice has been printed.
  • Option to Print Prices Bundle in Sales Documents (#14037, KBA-2138)
    You can use the field “Print Prices Detail for Bundle” field in the Sales & Receivables Setup to control whether the price should be printed within a bundle or not.
  • Single parcel shipment in dispatch order (#14094, KBA-1940)
    If Single Parcel Shipment is active, posting a Dispatch Order automatically creates a new Dispatch Order containing all item lines that have not been assigned to a Carrier Line.
  • Check set "Not Billable" = No if validate from Quantity (#14102, KBA-2164)
    After checking, the code is removed in Sales and Service. The price calculation does not start. The result in the line was that the "Not Billable" must be set again.
  • KVSKBADocTypeDocumentTemplate table and page obsolete (#14257, KBA-2198)
    The page KVSKBADocTypeDocumentTemplates and the table KVSKBADocTypeDocumentTemplate are not used, therefore it is made obsolete.
  • Net weight is not correctly transferred to the lines of the dispatch order. (#14262, KBA-2018)
    Ensure that net weights from transfers order and posted shipment order are correctly transferred to the respective lines of the dispatch order.

Hotfix

  • Print Item Tracking on Posted Service Invoice (#14073, KBA-2172)
    Item tracking information was not printed correctly.
  • Master document order confirmation incorrect layout with region settings (#14076, KBA-2165)
    In an environment with Swiss region settings and printing with for a German customer, areas were printed that should be suppressed. This has been corrected for all documents.

Change

  • Obsolete ENUM KVSKBATransferOrderType (and Fields) an create Boolean Fields (#13279, KBA-1979)
    To synchronize the functionality in sales and purchasing, the enum KVSKBATransferOrderType is obsoleted in table KVSKBATransferOrder and the individual values are made available as Booleans. The change is provided in the KUMAVISION feature management and will be mandatory from BC28.

Hotfix

  • Printing of multiple posted invoices runs into errors (#13998, KBA-2159)
    If the option “When VAT Identifiers Differ” is used in the “Print VAT Amount Specification” field (table “Company Information”), not all temporary “Vat Amount Lines” were deleted after printing an invoice. This could lead to errors with further invoices. Now all temporary “Vat Amount Lines” are deleted.

  • Obsolete / Delete Bonus Objects (#13518, KBA-2063)
    The bonus objects have been permanently deleted.
  • New Default: New Carrier Posting System (#13701, KBA-1823)
    With BC21, a new carrier posting system was introduced into the KUMAVISION BASE/BOOSTER. With the BC26 update, the new carrier posting system becomes the new standard, and deactivation is no longer possible.
  • Field KVSKBANoPrinted in Production Order Obsolete (#13901, KBA-2127)
    The field KVSKBANoPrinted in table Production Order is not filled by the KUMAVISION base, so it is no longer supported.
  • Own Cancel production orders Obsolete (#13924, KBA-2132)
    The standard now offers this function. Our functionality is therefore being obsolete.
  • Go Back to Microssoft Standard Cancel Function (#13943, KBA-2042)
    The Business Central Standard now offers a line-based cancelation for shipments. For this reason and due to feedback, our functionality will be deactivated with BC 2025 Wave 1.
  • Block items or variants from production output visible = false (#13971, KBA-2146)
    The meaning of the new standard field and the type of checks differ from the KBA field. The standard field is hidden until clarification.
  • Item Template "Service Blocked" (#13982, KBA-2147)
    The standard field is shown and the custom field is hidden. The fields have already been synchronized via the item.
  • Delete with update of unnecessary old layout entries (#14019, KBA-2162)
    In preparation for the namespaces, the internal order structure of the app has been changed. As a result, the path to the layouts has changed. This is not normally a problem. However, paths to the layouts can be specified in the report selection. These are not required for the standard layout, but may be set in customer environments. With the update, we are now deleting these old layout entries that are not required.
  • Using new CardPageId property at Pageextension KVSKBAUserSetup (#14030, KBA-2166)
    In contrast to the additional View and Edit buttons, the new CardPageId property offers the standard look and feel for the pageextension KVSKBAUserSetup.
