• Insert DMS-Barcodeflag in other windows (#7635, MEDT-976)
  For transferring DMS barcode flags to posted/archived documents the following handling is implemented. Dispatch Handling Order: During posting of dispatch handling order all open DMS barcode flag entries are moved to the posted dispatch handling order. Purchase Header: Posting the receipt in a purchase header moves the barcode flags to the purchase receipt header. Posting a return shipment moves the barcode flags to the return shipment header. Posting a purchase invoice moves the barcode flags to the purchase receipt header. Posting a purchase credit memo moves the barcode flags to the return shipment header. Purchase Receipt Header: Before posting the DMS barcode flags are copied to source documents for purchase header and sales header. After posting the purchase receipt, all DMS barcode flags are deleted from the purchase receipt header. By this the DMS barcode flags are moved to purchase receipt headers or sales return headers. Sales Header: Posting the shipment in a sales header moves the barcode flags to the sales shipment header Posting a return receipt moves the barcode flags to the return receipt header Posting a sales invoice moves the barcode flags to the sales shipment header Posting a sales credit memo moves the barcode flags to the return receipt header Sales Shipment Header: Before posting the DMS barcode flags are copied to source documents for purchase header. After posting the sales shipment, all DMS barcode flags are deleted from the sales shipment header. By this the DMS barcode flags are moved to return shipment headers. To garantee a consistant handling of barcode flags, the fields barcode are removed from the purchase order and warehouse receipt.
• Migration of barcode flag to barcode reservation of DMS/ECM-Interface (#13915, MEDT-1707)
  The DMS/ECM interface offers its own method for document envelopes for late scanning. To avoid any conflicts with the existing functionality of DMS barcodes from the MTec Bridge App, the action to create DMS barcodes in windows is hidden if a filing definition for document envelopes has been set up in the DMS/ECM interface for the corresponding table. Currently, it is being evaluated whether the functionality of the DMS barcodes can be entirely replaced by the document envelopes.
