- Insert article from service parts list - discount is not applied correctly (#14752, MEDT-1823)
If an item was inserted in the service quote lines or service order lines by the service bill of meaterials, it was possible, that the prcing was done, but der line discount reason was missing, if a line discount was found. This was corrected. - Subcontracting with part providing and item tracking (#14807, MEDT-1713)
The function "Carry out action Msg." in the "Subcontracting Worksheet" has been optimized. The check for the location code has been brought forward. After posting the transfer order, the detailed reservation items are recreated. - Planned date is not written to the service order by the maintenance cockpit (#14892, MEDT-1839)
The initial repair status in the service item line resets the "Starting Date". For orders from the maintenance cockpit, the field was previously filled with the planned date. To prevent this, a "Repair Status Maintenance Cockpit" can be specified in the service settings. If this field is filled, this value will be used when creating service orders from the maintenance cockpit. Further, in the service setup a filter value for orders resulting from the maintenance cockpit can be configured. In the "Role Center" a new stack for this repair status was added. - Update sales lines after changing Sell-to or Bill-to Customer in sales orders (#14919, MEDT-1846)
Sales order lines are now updated automatically when the Sell-to or Bill-to Customer is changed in the sales header. - Service Mandatory Check (#14948, MEDT-1852)
Optimize handling of mandatory checks for service documents based on settings in KUMAvision medtec365 setup. - Posted Transfer-Order Shipment and Reorder Policy Lot by Lot (#14978, MEDT-1858)
It could happen that reservation items were not deleted from the status 'Surplus' to incoming transfer orders through the planning run and thus were duplicated; this has been corrected. It could happen that reservation items with item tracking were deleted from the status 'Surplus' to production components through the planning run; this has been corrected.

The summary of the "Prod. Oder Component Line" now also consider the fields Location Code and Bin Code from the "Production BOM Line". - Transfer Standard text codes form service offer lines to the service lines (#13917, MEDT-1709)
Standard text codes with multiple lines, including pre- and post-texts, are now fully transferred from service quote lines to service order lines. - New Function Service: Copy Document in Service (#14222, MEDT-1749)
The action "Copy Document" in the pages "Service Invoice" and "Service Cr. Memo" handles now the fields "Discount Reason" and "Posting Code". Further, the item tracking is copied. In the action "Copy Document" its possible to copy also the call data by an option. Another option allows the user to copy third party posistions as well. Finally a line with the reference to the copied document is added before the positions. - Service: Assignment of technicians and technician groups (#14649, MEDT-1715)
In some windows that pertain to the service article line, there are new functions 'Assign own technician code' and 'Assign technician'. These assign a technician code to the marked records. In 'Assign own technician code', a user ID must be present in a record. In 'Assign technician', all entries of the type 'Technician' are displayed. In the table 'Vehicles, Drivers, Technicians' there is a new field 'Assignment Technician allowed'. Only if this field is set in the record for the current user (use field UserId) can the new functions be utilized. Tip: In the table 'Vehicles, Drivers, Technicians', technician groups can be created using the 'Technician' option instead of individual technicians. Each technician knows organizationally which group they belong to, and this can change daily due to factors like vacation, etc. - Role Center enhancements for Service and Warehouse (#14799, MEDT-1826)
New features and improvements have been implemented for the Role Center Service and Role Center Warehouse: - The caption for the menu item has been updated from "Repair Management" to "Service Management". - The caption for "Posted Documents" has been corrected for consistency. - The menu item "Marketing Cockpit" is now available and can be accessed directly or via the shortcut “Shift+Ctrl+M”. - The "Office" action has been integrated. - Under "Posted Documents", a new option allows direct access to the list of "Posted Service Receipts". - In the "Service Management" menu, you can now access the list of service receipts. - A new action "+Service Receipt" enables the quick creation of new service receipt records. - In the warehouse role center a new tile "Service Receipts" has been added. - Service: Internal stock transfer / relocation and scrapping of items without item tracking (#14890, MEDT-1837)
In the service lines, there is the new direction indication "Serv->Serv". This can be used for internal transfers. The target location code is determined by the location code of the current record. The origin location code is derived from the location of the last completed line with the same reference. - Change delivery address and billing address in service orders after warehouse receipt (#14893, MEDT-1840)
In the service order it's possible now to change the Bill-to Customer No. or the Ship-to Code after the warehouse receipt. - Takeover: Service offer lines in service lines - warranty committee is not taken over (#14939, MEDT-1851)
In the Service Quote lines the field "Exclude Warranty" can be changed. On taking over the lines back into the service order lines the field is copied now as well.

If a service order was deleted, findings and accessories were previously removed even with archiving enabled. This behavior has been improved: now, when a service order is deleted and archived, all related findings and accessories are archived as well. - Service: Autom. detail reservation items (#14423, MEDT-1763)
In the service setup, two fields "Offer Location Code" and "Offer Bin Code" can now be displayed. These fields should be used to apply a specific location for service lines related to the offer, so that item tracking does not affect availability. This is the case, for example, when the "Service Location Code" and the "Service Cons. Location Code" are identical. It's important, that the quote location differs from the service location! - Service credit memo does not store a line amount (#14427, MEDT-1762)
When manually entering service invoices and credit notes, the line amount is now automatically updated as expected. - Cancel service delivery - Incorrect booking code (#14473, MEDT-1772)
In posted service shipments, it was possible to use incorrect posting codes in the inventory posting both when canceling the delivery and when canceling the consumption. This has been corrected. - Optimization of serial and lot number display on service invoice printout (#14597, MEDT-1792)
Optimization of the printout of serial and lot numbers on posted service invoices. The serial or lot number now appears only once per item.

In the warehouse receipt lines, the call fields can now optionally be displayed. - Service Location Code and Service Bin Code for service spare parts (#14408, MEDT-1766)
If a location code is specified in a service bill of materials but no bin code is given, an error message may occur when transferring the bill of materials into the service lines, as the existing bin code was not deleted. This has been corrected. When generating service lines with items that do not have a bin content, it was possible for an error message to prevent this. This has been corrected. The same applies to documents that were created from service lines. - Improve item availability display for service line sales order creation (#14409, MEDT-1767)
Items in service lines from current assets (service components and spare parts) were displayed multiple times in the order suggestions and availability displays in certain cases when the target document type was shown on documents outside the service module. This has been corrected. - Enable resale of service items after return (#14517, MEDT-1768)
If an item with serial number was delivered via a sales or service order, and there was already a corresponding service item with a different customer, it could lead to an error message. This has been corrected.

Duplicate warehouse pick lines were created when a sales order included both tracked and non-tracked items. This occurred after creating a production order and posting a consumption for the non-tracked item, then releasing the sales order and creating a warehouse shipment. Adjusted the logic to prevent duplicate pick lines for non-tracked items.

In service documents, as well as in the standard service codes, it is now possible to use the line type "Bundle". - Automatic archiving of service orders (#13678, MEDT-1659)
The Report "Delete Invoiced Service Orders" can be used now to delete finished service orders. The service orders must have the "Status" = "Finished". If the "Starting Date" in the Service Order header is filled, the "Finishing Date" must be filled also. It is possible to fill the new field "Date Formula Delete Invoiced Service Orders". If filled, the date formula is used to calculate the date deleting is allowed based on the "Finishing Date" in the service order. Please make sure that the "Repair Status Setup" sets the status in the "Service Order" to "In Progress" or "Finished" respectively, as this will also fill in the fields "Starting Date" and "Finishing Date". - Entering and repairing an unknown serial number (#13753, MEDT-1672)
If a return order for third party property with serial no. is posted, the customer is written into the serial no. card (field Equipment Consignee No.), if the card is created during the posting. - Create call in different ways (#13765, MEDT-1669)

The DMS/ECM interface offers its own method for document envelopes for late scanning. To avoid any conflicts with the existing functionality of DMS barcodes from the MTec Bridge App, the action to create DMS barcodes in windows is hidden if a filing definition for document envelopes has been set up in the DMS/ECM interface for the corresponding table. Currently, it is being evaluated whether the functionality of the DMS barcodes can be entirely replaced by the document envelopes. - Archiving main document separately (#13992, MEDT-1724)
Now you can deceide if you want to store only one Document including the attached Documents, or if you store additionaly only the corresponding document. The archiving type field is now available both in the setup and in the print portal reports. This can be used to specify whether only the linked document or also the main document is archived separately. - Use internal viewer instead of download dialog for preview (#14048, MEDT-1737)
If the preview is selected for reports that are processed via the PrintPortal, the document is now displayed directly instead of offering a download.
