Rolling Planning - function new version - manual selection of the source version - some improvements (#17232, PSA-4057)
Rolling Planning – New Version Function: Manual selection of the source version is not supported. Normally, the fields for selecting a WBS version are hidden in this function. However, even if these fields become visible by mistake, selecting a WBS version is not supported. In all cases, the active version is the one that must be used as the source for creating the new version.

Responsibility Center Filter in time tracking with project team filter (#17253, PSA-4064)
In time tracking, there is no filter based on the project's responsible center. Every resource, regardless of their responsible center, must be able to post time entries on any project from any responsible center. This behavior now works correctly both with and without the project team filter.
