Summary: This function creates transfer orders for subcontractors and changes location and bin in the related ProdOrderComponents.

Parameters:

• PurchaseHeader: Rec where action is fired to run procedure.
• HideValidationDialog: To show or suppress confirm question for creating transfer order.
